Brutus

I did a workout called Brutus tonight.
Its a ladder ,reps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 800 meter run then back down the ladder reps 10-9-8-...3-2-1 of
Hang power snatches
Overhead Squats
Ring dips
weight is 40% of your bodyweight

time 35:18

Love it. I've never done that one and don't know if I'd be able to finish in under an hour, even with modified ring dips!

Its a new workout. Do you know how to do kipping ring dips??

Nope, if it's anything like kipping pullups or kipping HSPU, I am screwed.

I am an excellent kipper with Knees to Elbows, but Neal won't let me kip on that exercise!

Tell me how to kip on the rings...

When your in the bottom position of your dip. You going to drive up with hips first.Once you get your body moving , throw in the dip.
